Bob Menzel
Bob & Lisa Menzel moved to Cornelius in 2000. In 2005, they launched a business delivering temperature-sensitive product packaging solutions to the pharmaceutical and food industries. When they sold the business in 2019, KODIAKOOLER® had three manufacturing facilities in NC, NV, and TN with two distribution centers in AZ and PA.
Bob currently serves on the board of The Peninsula Property Owners Association, the steering committee for Third Millenium Ministries (Casselberry FL), and as an Admissions Liaison Officer for the United States Air Force Academy. Bob previously served on the SouthLake Christian Academy school board. He earned his B/A from Salisbury University, Salisbury Maryland.
Bob & Lisa have been married for 39 years. Their son, Rob, is a Major (USAF) currently assigned to NATO in Belgium. He and Emily have two sons. Their daughter, Liz, is a Physicians Assistant for the Novant Health Cancer Institute. She and Thomas have one son.
